"Jacobs crew (Jovney and Josh) insulated 3 skylight tunnels, installed 3 exhaust fan vents out through the roof and re-insulated our entire attic. They along with Jacob also cleared our dryer vent, which probably hadn't been touched since the home was built. Like I started to say, this crew was top notch, explained the work being performed, kept us informed of progress and did an excellent cleanup job."

"It was inevitable that we would eventually have a frozen pipe during the winter cold snaps. Last February, our North wall finally got cold enough to freeze the spigot and water line to the washer. Even before that, we were tired of having cold kitchen cabinets and strong cold draughts coming from various exterior wall outlets and switches. Our house isnâ t that old but clearly the builders were either inefficient or just lazy in some of the original insulation. We contacted USA Insulation as they are one of the few companies nationwide that will do post-build wall insulation. Their sales team were responsive, easy to deal with and gave us a competitive quote for insulating both stories around the exterior. The insulation process was a little noisy, but the installation team was pretty efficient at the work and professional in their work. Even though the house was fairly large, they completed the work within just a few days. There were a couple of small follow up tasks, but they were diligent about completing the work. Even though we had the work done at the end of last yearâ s cold season, we were pleased to notice the benefit in the summer months as the AC units didnâ t need to work as hard to cool the house. Now that the cold has returned, itâ s so nice not to have to worry about high energy bills as the house feels warmer and retains the daytime heat much better than it used to. And itâ s really nice not to open the kitchen cupboards and not reach for pots, plates and dishes that are icy cold! Overall, weâ re very happy with the work that USA Insulation did for us and think that the increased comfort, peace of mind and the reduced energy costs (and the tax incentive) were well worth the investment. We wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend them for similar work at friends and neighbors."

"I called them for my garage on a Wednesday, they scheduled me for Saturday morning. Showed up at the time they said. Got right to work. There is no gaps in the metal all are filled. They sprayed 1 in closed cell on walls and roof. The price is unmatched by anyone. Definitely worth calling them. I'd use them again."

"Doug was our main person. After being totally freaked out by another company (Critter Control- DON'T USE THEM!!!), Doug was awesome. Mike was the other person to be recognized, as he worked to patch our roof and seal our attic. They were so friendly and respectful. "I was impressed with Johnathan and his knowledge when we met. When it was time for the work it all went smoothly. I got a call from Bill and we set the time. The crew arrived right on time and got to work protecting the floors,carpet and walls from the hoses. I had great appreciation for Sean the project supervisor. He did an outstanding job of communicating and keeping me informed of the progress. He checked in with me numerous times to see if I had any concerns or questions. Sean really represented the company well. When I had a couple concerns Sean and Bill jumped right on it and made the adjustments needed. I couldnâ t be happier with job and the service. I shopped around for the quality work first and then the price. Superior Attic had great remand their price was right in the middle which is what I want. You donâ t go with the lowest bid on a project like this. If the price is lower than everyone else the quality canâ t be there either I have learned. I have to say that this is a real 5 Star company. I highly recommend them for service, customer service, quality and pricing."

"They also did an addition which extended my dining room, laid new floors, new roof, new windows and remodeled my laundry room,. Perry is knowledgeable, stands behind his work and employees. He oversees all work. They protect your home by using plastic as barrier and daily sweep up and clean up the work site. I have used other contractors before but since finding North Texas Custom Builders, I will only use them."
