All Dry Valley of the Sun

All Dry Services was hired to work at my house after a fire in my attic. They brought with them a company named Arizona Packout to help with my personal property. Arizona Packout will pays a "kickback" to All Dry for the call to the site. Arizona Packout had an F on the BBB and 70% of online reviews are the lowest possible score one can provide. Arizona Packout destroyed every single piece of property we owned. It is impossible for All Dry to not know Arizona Packout has a terrible reputation for over 10 years. They sold me out for a little bit of cash. All Dry is beyond negligent and cannot be trusted at all. MY property was also not returned. Attached to this is a text conversation I had with All Dry that they showed zero remorse. They guaranteed my property wasn't destroyed. They never asked for proof or an explanation. Just blamed me. The whole industry is crooked. Photos are attached for evidence. STAY AWAY FROM ALL DRY!!!!!!!!!!!!! They cost me over $50k. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

We found ALL DRY SERVICES VALLEY OF THE SUN, through ANGIE'S LIST, and used them to remove kitchen base cabinets affected by mold from an old water leak.  When we first inquired online, Angie's List said they could recommend companies, and could have them contact me directly to help. The first call came seconds after I submitted my search, and it was All Dry Services Valley Of The Sun. This was a late evening on a Wednesday, and we never expected a call that soon. My wife had suspected mold because our house seemed musky and we were always sick, with our young son's asthma, it was harder for him.  The technician we got was Mr. SCOTT COOPER and he came out right away. He found the area that did in fact have hidden/hard to find mold. He was so thorough with his inspection and went through every room in the house. He checked the bathrooms, tubs, sinks and window stills for any water damage. We couldn't believe he noticed signs where the mold was. He pulled off the toe kick and showed us black mold, worse than we had expected. It was under the wood base directly under the kitchen sink but on the underside not visible to us. Very quickly, he had setup a quarantined area to secure and prevent the spreading and further exposure. He demoed the area and removed all of it off the premises. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire area. SCOTT COOPER had humidifiers, fans, and lots of safety equipment to ensure it would be gone and no longer a health concern.  Besides the hard work he did, SCOTT COOPER, showed sincere compassion and care for our family. He is a family man himself and is so genuine, kind and warm-hearted. He is the type of guy every person hopes to get when they need service. He won't take advantage of you with misleading and unnecessary high costs, is honest and fair. It was definitely a privilege working with SCOTT COOPER. His personality, quick response and excellent eye for detail helped my family's issues and our road to recovery.  We can't thank SCOTT COOPER enough and ALL DRY SERVICES VALLEY OF THE SUN for showing up like they did and handling the job like we mattered. My family appreciates this company's sense of urgency, their expertise and the way they recruited such great guys to work with!
