Bad experience all around

They came knocking on my door after Hurricane Helene while working on the house next to me. They gave a a fair price to clean up my yard and did a couple extras I asked for. Mr. Tony has a hard working crew working into the night, thank you.

I would give All Trees Matter a zero if I could. They doubled the going rate because they came after a hurricane, and they lied to me about several things. They broke the 2x4 on my fence and just leaned it back up. When I complained, they did nail it back up. (When I built it, I did it with screws.) They destroyed my side and backyard (backyard looks like it has been tilled), and they took 1/3 of the cinderblocks off of my garden and did not put them back until I complained. When I called, they would not answer my call, and they would not call me back. Do not trust or use this company!

I would have given 4/5 stars if this was just for the work done as it stands. I am giving 2/5 stars because after the work was done the company had me write a check out to the owners name rather than the company which I thought was very unprofessional along with the lack of response upon completion of the job. However, the quality of work and reason for the additional star loss is below. I received an impressively fast quote and estimate from the company, they equally quickly responded and got the job scheduled. Upon arrival we went through the plan and had to change the plan due to the lack of access to the trees that I had initially wanted done. The crew then went and did the job to the best of their availability at the time. Initially I was shocked and voiced my disappointment that a good chunk of what I wanted done was not completed and I understood why they couldnâ t at the time(lack of accessibility over the fence). I even voiced (before they left the property) that if I would have known before they started that this was all that would have been done for the price I probably would have went with a different company. I asked for a reduction in price bc they couldnâ t do it that day and they partially agreed and gave a smaller discount than I had asked for. I then texted the company a couple hours later to attempt to have them come back out because I was truly unsatisfied with the work that had been done and the price that I paid for the work to be done. (Which I previously voiced in person) I suggested they bring ladders back and clean up the area a little better as they did not touch multiple trees that were included in the estimate and I did not believe the price I paid adequately reflected the amount of work I had done and that I would have to have a new company come out. The company responded they would come back out the next day, I texted every few days and it kept getting pushed back or I would t get a response at all fast forward 2 weeks later I have still not gotten an answer and I have given every opportunity for them to come back out and either complete the job or remedy my dissatisfaction with the job.

Tony and his crew were on time, explained what they were going to do and provided the necessary Insurance documents so I felt comfortable as a customer that there was no liability to us. They completed the work on our Oak Tree and Bamboo so we are ready for the hurricane season. They cleaned up the area and were polite during the entire process. Would recommend to anyone.

Tony, the owner of All Trees Matter, LLC, was great at communicating with me, as well as supervising his business' jobs. He has a great crew who worked diligently and professionally, getting the job and cleanup done efficiently within the allotted time frame. Every person on the crew was respectful, listened if I had a concern and responded to my questions with knowledge and experience. I was pleased to have the opportunity to contributed to Tony's growing business venture, which he proudly accomplished after 10 years working in this field. I believe he is fair and trustworthy. The finished job and this satisfied customer are proof.
