The company really did an excellent job in power washing my entire house plus the vinyl fence within the same week that the service was requested, and with a very reasonable price. My house hasn't been power washed thoroughly since it was newly constructed more than 10 years ago, and now it looks brand new. I am so very happy with the job they have done. I would highly recommend their services. Ken

Contractor gave me an initial quote of $145. While doing the job he texted me to let me know it would be a little bit more. I gave him the green light thinking a little bit more would be just that, a little bit more (my mistake and a lesson learned). After job was completed the Contractor asked me how I wanted to pay the ADDITIONAL $200 on top of the $145 I already paid.
Response from Company:
The customer was told that the ENTIRE roof had mold and moss instead of the tiny 4 square foot area she initially requested me to clean. I kept her up to date throughout the cleaning with photos. She said to go ahead and do what I thought was necessary, that she was "good for the money". I did the entire roof at half price for her and explained the enormous amount of work that was done and the cost of manpower and additional cleaning chemicals. Once I completed the work that she approved she refused to pay me in full.
