Pros Wash Exterior Cleaning contacted me per my request for estimates for gutter cleaning through Angi. I spoke with them, agreed to their terms and they schedule my gutter cleaning for the next day, arriving between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. They sent me several confirmation emails and texts. On the scheduled day, at 3:15 pm I texted them questioning where they were and if they were on their way and were they going to show up today? It is now 5 days later and I still haven't heard back from them in any form. No call, no text, no email. Wonderful! I refuse to call them! Who runs a business this way? Definitely a NO STAR review if I could.

Worker came by himself because his partner had quit the night before. He was supposed to clean the roof of a two story home. He cleaned the tiles on the first level that were visible from the street. He partially cleaned the rest of the tiles including the second level. He left the majority of the roof on the second level uncleaned. The gutters were left with mud and debris. Our pathways, side patio and our neighbors yard were left with dirt and debris. On the second day we had our solar panels cleaned. He said it would not interfere with the work he needed to finish. He got the solar panels covered with dirt. I called Cory and said I wanted my money back. He said he would come out at 10:30 and personally evaluate it. He never showed up. We had to hire another company to come and re-do the entire project. They took 23 photos and 3 videos to show the poor quality of work. I send these to Cory. He replied that his worker "absolutely left a mess" and that he would call me in the morning to resolve this. He never called. I left 3 phone messages and never got a response.

Don't get fooled by the fake reviews. Absolutely unethical business. Cory is a dis honest business man. Arrived late for the job & left early without properly cleaning the roof & gutters Did not share proof that gutters were cleaned and did not share close up images of the roof to prove that roof was properly cleaned. I had to hire someone else to take pictures of the dirty roof & gutters.

Cody sent 2 remarkable young men Cleveland and Kyle that did a wonderful job and clean up. They were thoughtful respectful and kind and made sure everything was checked without missing a spot. I will be using this company again and will ask for these young men again. Also pictures of before and after were done and they didn't leave until they were sure I was satisfied. Seniors ask for these young men. Thankyou
