Moved our spa and overhang, removed the old dry-rotted 12 x 12 deck and support beams, disposed of them, went to 2 different Home Depots to get the quality of pressure-treated lumber he wanted, installed the new decking, moved the spa and overhang back and left the area spotless.All in less than 8 hours and and exactly ONE-HALF the cost of another estimate. Highly recommended!"

"Replaced a two level cedar deck with Trex. The result was not only beautiful, but extra solid structurally. City of Kirkland took almost four months (Covid-related) to process our permit, and Jeremy was prompt responding to their questions and making minor adjustments. Great team, and Jeremy is on site almost daily to check on progress. Highly recommended."

"Trejo Construction removed 275 feet of 30 year old wood retaining wall and installed a new one. The quality of work was outstanding from start to finish. They were timely and tireless. When have you ever had a project that was finished on-time and had no additional charges? Well, if you use Trejo Construction that is what you will get as well as exactly the completion of what you planned for. The cost was much lower than what other companies had bid At the end of each day they also cleaned up everything. Add to that, Juan is a great person to deal with as was his assistant. Got a project - use Trejo - you will not be disappointed."
