We will be sending a detailed letter about our experience. The inspector did not show us any evidence of having bed bugs: no bugs shown, or, shedding, blood stains, eggs, etc. He made an urgency to treat rushing us out of our home before we were able to do any prepwork. The protocol was not complete, Treated part of house 5 min. Allowed my dog to stay inside but I couldnÂ’t come in. Unprofessional, he left me no protocol for how to treat house afterward. When asked, sent me a screenshot from another company, of which nothing on list was followed. His letterhead did match his company name either. We got scammed. He tried for $1200 upfront , but not doable - plus we felt something was off. So, out of a panic a $400 check was written to Keith M (plus over $900 spent on supplies and bedding). To find out we absolutely dd not have bed bugs. Two reputable companies inspected our home the day after, and 2 weeks after- No Traces of Bugs Found, not dead or alive. We will need our money back, if not we will contact better business bureau. I thought you should know so this doesnÂ’t happen to anyone else. Dj {Redacted per consumer request}

Service was provided same day and follow up calls have been given.Husband was shown evidence and decided to move foward with service. Only 1 treatment was given and the extra expenses were because you bought new bedding which was not suggested. We are sorry if you have buyers remorse. Call us to see how we can help.
