Unloading tonight was the worst packing experience of my dresses and my husbands suits and white dress shirts. No metal bar across the clothes box to hang. All clothes were pulled on each other with hangers. Like pancakes. I now have to take my husbands suits and shirts to the dry cleaners to be .cleaned and pressed. Nothing was hanging upright . I will iron my clothes after washing. I only have three jackets and sweaters that require dry cleaning. The boxes were like dish barrels. I have many more to open up. I dread to see what conditions other clothes are going to be in. We paid hard earned money to your employees by the hour. I have not got to my china and everyday dishes and cookware yet. I will take pictures tomorrow. These young men need to be trained. After they left, I wondered why a supervisor or manager did not oversee their work. We paid high dollar for sloppy work. This is not our first move in state. Regret not hiring nationally know company.

Hunter and Jordan did an amazing job helping me move from my apartment in Lexington, KY to my townhome in Florence, KY. Nothing was broken during the process and with the amount of things I had to move, it was all done in a timely manner. They were polite and very reliable. I would definitely recommend this company and working with Hunter and Jordan!

Ripped me off. Charged for supplies including tape (who does that). Took 3 hours to move a small 1 bedroom 2 miles away to storage unit. Charge you before work is done as they approximate how long it will take. Took 30 minutes less time than they charged me. I called a supervisor RYAN to get a refund. But, apparently his computer suddenly wasn?t working and said he?d call back. As you can guess he never called back. They also charge a 14% fuel charge based on time. Not distance. Complete rip off. I?ve sent emails and texts. Still no response. Fraud. POOR customer service. I was never told by anyone until they started packing that they charge for these items. Charges me $194 for supplies. 1 bedroom townhome cost to move was $1003. RIDICULOUS.

AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We were promised a smooth 7-hour move with 4 movers and 1 truck. Instead, they showed up late, barely loaded any furniture by 2 PM, and told us we?d need to rent a U-Haul and move the rest ourselves. They broke over $2,000 worth of our furniture?including TVs, a desk, and a recliner?and stretched the job to 10+ hours to rack up overtime fees we weren?t told about until moving day. Movers vaped on the job after we asked them not to, dumped all our belongings in the garage at the new house, and left us to do the rest. The company offered a pathetic $240 for all the damage only if we agreed not to post a review. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. Do not let them scam you too.

Hunter Chastain and his crew did a fantastic job moving my daughters house in Versailles KY and also bringing a few items from our farm. They all carefully wrapped items that needed extra protection. I would use them again for a move and very highly recommend them!!!

The movers were 5.5 hours late, horrible customer service, overpriced. I was told on the phone that they were "overbooked and overwhelmed." We have an 1100 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment with 2 queen beds, 2 dressers, and a sectional. No other big furniture, no washer and dryer or kitchen table. It was a local move (7 miles). We have moved 5 times in 4 years with the same amount of stuff, and it has never taken longer than 2-3 hours to load AND unload, and I have never paid more than $600. All My Sons took FIVE hours and charged me $1356. In addition to labor, this included $144 for gas, $36 for THREE mattress bags (we have 2 queen mattresses), $30 for tape, and $40 for shrink wrap. When I got the quote, they sold me by telling me to ?keep in mind that we use 3 movers instead of 2 like most companies, which cuts down on moving time.? I've tried calling and emailing for a week to voice my concerns, no response from anyone.

Sixto and Kenan did a great job for us, successfully moving several pieces of heavy furniture. Preparation for the move was very professional and efficient, effectively protecting the furniture and narrow clearances in our home and destination. Sixto and Kenan carefully went the extra mile with special effort managing a difficult delivery. Sixto and Kenan made a great team we would recommend to everyone.
