    Styls N. & Shyd S. exhibited great customer service from the very beginning. The guys called before leaving their shop and kept me updated on their progress via text which I truly appreciated. They arrived,greeted me,looked at the job ahead and promptly got started. Once the job was complete we all left towards the drop off location, once we arrived I signed the finally paperwork,paid the remainder balance and the guys unloaded my things successfully. *First time with this moving company so I was pleased to have a great experience. All was well.

    Adam was professional and so was the young gentleman with him although they had had a long day. I know about the long day as I called the company for a potential reschedule. The crew was at a house at 8:45 that morning and left my home at almost 10pm.

    The moving guys was cool but the company over charged me. After our initial agreement they tricked me and double charged me.

    Cam and Sam were our movers and they were phenomenal! Arrived on time, packed a truck full of furniture, and moved it all right on time. Highly recommend 10/10 great, hard-working dudes.

    READ THE BAD REVIEWS. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE. I had the WORST experience with this company. I read the reviews and just assumed maybe folks had a bad time but as someone who has as well I can absolutely say MY HOMEâ S SAFETY IS OF CONCERN. I have moved multiple times in the past four years and have had the same furniture for every move. Iâ ve used many other companies that have been able to take my furniture apart, load in the truck and move me to the other side of a city. This is the first time using All My Sons. Terrible from the start. I was informed of a start time around 8. Nobody contacted me until I called which o was then if or ed by the owner â oh we always say 8AM-10AM arrival time.â In which I inform him that no one has ever mentioned this to me. Instead of applying for the confusion he states â well thatâ s just what we do.â The people who are saying this folks are milking the time are dead on. In the past, other movers have taken less than 2 hours to break down furniture and about another hour to move it to the truck. This company took almost 3 hours just to break down the furniture and another hour to bring the furniture down. THIS IS NOT INCLUDING THE BOXES THAT WERE ALREADY PACKED. My friend ended up bringing EVERY box himself to the truck. Mind you they do ZERO PACKING. Only breaking down furniture. 3.5 HOURS TAKEN FOR JUST BREAKING DOWN TWO BEDS, A SMALL DINING TABLE AND ONE ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. When they were finishing I asked why did it take so long in which they didnâ t have a response other than the electors slowed them down. I responded by asking how do elevators slow down you taking furniture apart? I understand moving it downstairs but taking it apart?? When I questioned them one of the men started yelling at me stating I was being disrespectful by asking these questions. He began to yell further in which I said their services can end as is and that they could leave my home. He begins yelling and calling me slurs followed by a threat to fight me in or outside of my home. He then threatens my friend outside telling him â I WILL KILL YOU.â We do not feel safe now in our own home and the owner has refused to provide any relief for the situation nor would he try to understand where my concerns were coming from. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

    I recently used All My Sons Moving and Storage for my move, and Nana Hicks was the lead on this move. To start with, the team was very nice, well-mannered, and had a good sense of humor. My move was their first move of the day, starting at 9:00 AM and finishing at 5:30 PM. This felt like an extremely long time, considering they were moving me from approximately 900 square feet into a condo that is about 1400 square feet. Admittedly, there was a longer-than-average distance to walk from my apartment to the truck, and a staircase to navigate at my new condo, which may have slowed them down. However, several issues arose during the move. Initially, I informed the team that everything in the apartment needed to go. Despite this, my family, who was there to help, told me that the movers said they would meet us at the condo. I had to run them down before they left because they had not yet moved my rug or anything in the kitchen and laundry room. This included items like vacuums, mops, and boxed-up dishes. After reminding them, they did move most of the kitchen items and everything from the laundry room, but they still left some small odds and ends that I had to take myself. Despite multiple reminders, they left my rug and my upstairs Roomba, even though they had taken my downstairs Roomba. I didn't have the chance to chase them down again as they had already left the parking lot. During the unpacking process, they caused a significant dent in one of my walls while entering my new condo. The dent is about 2 to 3 inches tall, 4 to 5 inches wide, and maybe half to a full inch deep. They also damaged a hutch/cabinet that belonged to my grandmother. Thankfully, it was only a small piece on the back, about 5 to 6 inches long and 2 to 3 inches tall, that broke off, which I should be able to fix easily. Additionally, they placed a cheap table directly on the hutch/cabinet and then wrapped it with cellophane. I spent a large portion of the evening and the next day peeling off the tape, oiling down the cabinet, and washing it to remove the sticky residue. Though it is a minor issue compared to the others, they also placed my dresser in my bedroom with the drawers up against the wall, which was inconvenient. While the team was friendly and tried to be helpful, the overall execution left much to be desired. There were several avoidable mistakes and damages that made the move more stressful than it needed to be.
