    We used All my sons last year and I will never use them again and I recommend nobody does. They broke my headboard, my dresser leg off and their solution was to rip all the legs off, broke the legs off my coffee table and shattered the glass on my late mother's curio cabinet and all they said was ooops. I filed a claim with them and never received my money from it. Horrible company!

    2024-10-20: They charged me $199 / hour, told me that I didn't need to pay $200 extra for insurance and proceded to break a computer monitor that cost me $2500. Total cost to hire All My Sons = ~$1300 for service + ~$2500 for damages = ~$3800 USD. They moved me on Sunday but they do not answer the phone when I called them the same day.

    We were told two men would show, but three came and price per hour went up by $50/hour. The men, lead by Hunter Barrow, were hard working, professional, and courteous. They were great and fully deserve my 5-star review. If needed, I will certainly use the company again. I would also like give a shout out to customer service representatives for changing moving dates at the last minute to accommodate an error I made when I originally ordered the service. They were understanding, friendly, and thoroughly professional. Great job!

    This company quoted me a low rate for a very simple move out of my townhouse into a storage unit 5min away from my place but the final amount due ended up being over $250 more than I was expecting. They did offer to take $75 off the initial estimate which sounds good but in actuality itâ s not all that great because they gouge customers with travel time and fuel charges, Also this company claims to be local to Salt Lake but the truck they sent drove down from freaking Ogden which was about an hour away from me. Had I known that at the outset I wouldâ ve passed on this company immediately.. I got dinged $100 plus in fuel charges which is them passing on their inconvenience onto the customer.. They also claim that the labor clock doesnâ t start until the movers show up, but in actuality, they charge travel time to and from the site which they bill at the $149 labor rate/hr so really the charges start when they leave which is total bs. They also charge pretty excessively for moving materials they supply. The two movers that showed up were nice, but they didnâ t exactly show a lot of hustle which prolonged things.

    AJ and Hunter were incredible! Strong and efficient. They forgot a lot of stuff which was frusturating, but they worked really hard, they were professional and very kind. I would get your own tape, boxes and packing supplies theirs are rediculously expensive! I got charged tho and I still have them mine and my packing gun to use!

    This was the worst experience I have ever had with movers. As a single mom that has moved several times in the last 10 years, Iâ ve always relied on movers. I hired this company because I thought they were reputable and when I called, they seemed like a great deal and I felt confident in my quote. When they arrived, one of the guys had an injured rib, so he couldnâ t lift very much. It took the twice as long as any other movers Iâ ve had. I told them i absolutely needed them to disassemble and reassemble the beds since I canâ t do it. They repeatedly asked if I needed that done and I said yes. At the end of the move, they said they couldnâ t do the beds or it would cost me double. They also left furniture just everywhere!!! You can hardly walk through the house. When they had me pay, there were so many hidden fees, I couldnâ t believe it. She took a couple of them off, but I still ended up paying a few hundred more dollars than I had expected. Super disappointed and now very overwhelmed with how Iâ m going to get it all done.

    The salesperson is a liar and will quote a low-ball rate that gets inflated 2X after â fees.â Any other moving company can do the same job and will deal more honestly, just donâ t bother with these jerks.

    Just be assertive. Be aware of any extra costs. I had hired four guys and only three showed up. They wanted to still charge me the same for three guys as they had quoted me for the four. I had to talk to their boss he only gave me a slight discount told me I was getting a great deal which I didnâ t appreciate. I had to pay insurance to make sure my things were covered which was never relayed getting a quote that that would be an extra charge. I would think they would just take care of your stuff but thatâ s my bad. They wrapped my stuff really well. The movers were nice . The movers said a great job other than when they unloaded they just put furniture in boxes in the rooms that were on the boxes but in random places for example, my bed was put in front of the door that goes into the bathroom and the closet so I was blocked out of the bathroom and the closet. That just didnâ t make sense. They also had taken off a door to get the furniture out and when they put the door back on the screws were long and it was cracking the door frame. He said that it was the fault of whoever had put the door up before. I do understand the screws were wrong , but to blame it on someone else so that they didnâ t have to cover the cost was just kind of shady. The door was fine before I moved out, but they did leave me with a squeaky door with a cracked door frame. They did Get a lot packed into the truck which I appreciated. I just felt that I had to pay for more time because they were short a guy and they were extra costs that I didnâ t know about.
