All My Sons Moving & Storage

Jose and his crew were we so wonderful! We changed our mind a few times on where to put the boxes and furniture and the movers were very patient, pleasant and efficient. We will definitely use All My Sons again.

Eddys team, you guys rock! Tetris masters and hard working. However your guy in the office I am not too thrilled with. Needed my stuff moved 7 miles to a 10x10 storage unit. Also asked about 2nd load to the dump in opposite direction. I live in Roy. Was told no problem. A week before I called to cancel. Afraid was going to be too expensive once realized they are out of SLC. The guy convinces me it is not. Even arranges to move date up. Assures me will have plenty of time when inform him dump closes at 5 and storage at 7. But of course they were delayed by the previous move and did not arrive until 4:15pm. And with extra mover because no time to take them back. Told me **more expensive but faster**, so, not a big price difference?! But, now, I can only do storage shed. Finished around 6:30 ish. Was shocked when got the bill and was way more than I expected. Plus tips. And only half the job done. So team Eddy is great but should have gone local like my instincts told me to do.

They were amazing. Very understanding and respectful. So grateful.

Eddie, Tokyo, and Izzy were FANTASTIC! They showed up on time, were easy to communicate with, and worked hard and fast. They were friendly and didn't seem to mind that I was a bit frazzled. We even had a few laughs. We had a miscommunication while booking the service about the need for packing assistance, but in the end, this did not affect the quality of work we received. Finally, there was a moment of sticker shock as the person paying for the service was not made aware that there is a flat starting labor cost regardless of the amount of work performed until the day of the move. We paid, with only a grumble between us, because we understand that this is a standard in this industry (and also because these guys totally deserve it with how hard they work), however, it would be helpful to future customers to make sure they understand that part of the cost BEFORE booking the service. Overall, we had a great experience with All My Sons, and I will likely be seeking their services in the near and distant future.

I waited to write this review to give All My Sons a chance to make this right. This was a disaster from the very beginning. Hired 4 man crew, got a 2 man crew. Fuel charge (14% on total) was not disclosed until confirmation - too late to change. The move took 13 agonizing hours, cost 3 times what was estimated. The movers were polite and nice, company is a disaster! I have been working with claims for 6 weeks with no resolution. I still do not have a breakdown of charges! Do nott hire All My Sons- you will regret it.

Fantastic job

Took hours longer than estimated by their front office, never got a detailed bill, damage done to both houses when moving the fridge and the fridge plug was broken so could not use it and lost some food since I could not get it fixed until the next day. No one from the company seemed to be worried about that. I had to keep calling to get the claims department in order to set up a claim. Also, the truck they sent did not fit all of my stuff, so II still had to get a Uhaul truck for the next morning to finish moving everything out.

Very punctual and professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
