First of all, Bryan did an amazing jump upfront of consulting when he came to view the place and what I had. However, the customer service ended there. I packed up most of the small stuff for two days before they came. Thank God I did. If not, it would have taken them 3 days. I even told him it would be a 2 day job. They showed up with 4 guys not 5, but did adjust the cost afterwards. That could have been because I told Bryan that we packed up most of the little things and glassware, which normally takes the most time, so not a big deal. I told him that I had moving boxes from a hardware store and packing supplies. The estimate still took into account for full packing. No problem; he said it would be adjusted on the back end. When the movers got there, they complained at first that they normally did not do it by using the customers packing supplies. They should have known this ahead of time. As they packed, I received a call as to how they were doing. Good customer service, right? I complained that I had to ask them a few times why they were not wrapping my things as they put them in the boxes. He said he would talk to them. They continued NOT to wrap things. I asked several times for them to do so. Behind my back, one guy complained that I asked them to wrap things. My friend was there and heard it, but told me later. Also, they did not label ANYTHING! The only boxes that were labeled (e.g. what room it was from or contents in the box) were they ones I packed before they got there. Also, one guy kept vaping. I could smell it, and he had it in his hand while in my apt, but I did not actually see him. I asked him if he was vaping, and he said no. If not, why is it in your hand while in my place? If I get fined by my place on the move-out for it smelling like vape, I will definitely let the company know. Next, we go to put everything in storage. They charged me per hour, which went through 8pm and said they would not charge me for moving my motorcycle the next day because they did not have room on the truck. Ok, deal. I helped move the boxes in storage, so we were done early, at 6pm. After moving the bike the next day, which took 2 hours, I called to get the previous days 2 hours removed since we were done early. They said that they factored in the 2 hours to move the bike. BS! That was not the discussion at all. We were done early because I helped. How would you know that when I signed it before we unpacked? They did credit me bout about 75% of the 2 hours. They also charged me around $400-500 for fuel (14%) when the estimate was $100. I live downtown, and the storage unit was 10 mins away. They did correct this when I brought it up. Somehow, even though they used very few boxes and packing supplies, the estimate was very close to the final price. Once corrected for fuel and most of the hours, it was a bit less. But if you do not use a full pack supply and use fewer people, how could that be? Now, for the good part. They did arrive on time. I warned them that I could only get the freight elevator for a 3 hour period unless no one else reserved it. Thankfully, my place was good enough to let me have the entire day, else this would have been a 3 day job at their pace. They also arrived on time to move the bike the next day; however, they did not have the proper straps. One guy though he was going to drive it to the storage unit. Why would anyone think that? However, this crew was MUCH BETTER than the previous days. I drove the lead to the hardware store to purchase better straps, which he paid for. Hopefully got reimbursed for. it This a large reason moving the bike took 2 hours. This crew was very professional; did an excellent job, which is the only reason I am not giving 1 star for the review. Might be the worst experience ever. Not only did they quote a low price they moved a very small apartment less than a mile away then refused to unload the truck without payment up front. The guy Nate was rude at best - demeaning to my spouse and harassed her to the point of tears while we are on vacation out West. I am not sure why a moving company would expect payment prior to providing the service. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. - and the local consumer protection agency for unfair practices and possible gouging and bait switching - it is unfortunate companies try to take advantage of consumers especially when it is a female. STAY AWAY!!!

This company is terrible when it comes to moving. They sent us three movers, and they spent most of their time sitting on the stairways and using drugs. Instead of completing the job in the estimated 6 hours, they took 12 hours, and then charged us for the full 12 hours. To make matters worse, they damaged several fragile items and even stole some of our belongings. We've made multiple calls to their office and especially with an operation manager, TERRY BLACKWOOD, but the manager is extremely rude and dishonest. I strongly advise against using this moving company; their service is simply unacceptable....They are unprofessional, rude, irresponsive etc. In a word, this moving company is TERRIBLE...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE!!! They are very expensive, charge for moving items they didn't use and damage just about all your furniture and appliances. Movers worked at a snail pace when arriving at 5:30 pm when was supposed to be there between 11-4pm. Also came from Baton Rouge, to charge an extra $200 for traveling when we hired a New Orleans crew. Notified them when booking to make a stop at a location where I was going to live and then onto storage. But refused to make the additional stop since it was so late in the EVENING. Wanted to stop moving at 7:30 pm and finish the next morning and drive most of my belongings to Baton Rouge for overnight which is over an hour away from me because one of the movers back was hurting. (I said absolutely NOT) I moved a 2 bedroom Townhome 5 minutes away and it took them 5 1/2 hours to do so with the help of myself and 2 friends to unload the entire truck since the storage was not open after 10:00 pm. We finished moving into the storage at 10:30 pm at night. They refused to load my glass table top and dresser mirror on the truck, said it was a liability to move but then charged me to move those items. For the amount of money I spent, $1,175.00 to move 5 minutes away they left several items in my condo that I as a single female over 50, had to move myself the next 2 days. THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR YOUR BELONGINGS AND HAVE MOST OF MY BOXES UPSIDE DOWN ALONG WITH STORING MY DRYER UPSIDE DOWN WITH ALL MY WOOD FURNITURE RUINED WITH SCRATCHES AND DENTS!! THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY ALONG WITH THE PICTURES OF MY DAMAGED FURNITURE WHICH WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION PRIOR TO THEM TOUCHING THEM!!!!! Then proceeded to tell my friend that they work off of tips.............. I could say so much more but don't have the energy to do so.......................

Had the elevator scheduled from 8 AM to 5 PM, but they showed up 5 hours late. This caused the move to take much longer, since we had to wait 15 minutes for each with the elevator. They didn't read the note that I would be at work and unavailable by phone. When they showed up, they were kind and courtous, went right to work, did an excellent job, and there was only 1 furniture casualty (when they hit a pothole and the coffeetable broke, but they did attempt to remedy the situation. They were very expensive, because their quote only includes 2 people instead of 3, which is what it should have been to have been able to complete the work in less time.
