Nothing like having youre movers be here on time, professional, efficient, and very careful with youre stuff while moving. A huge shout out to tavon, robert and jamal for all their hard work they did. Tavon and Robert i appreciate yalls tlc with our belongings and doing everything in a safe and timely manner. Chose this company after a review of multiple vendors, and arranged and secured deposit 30 days before closing. Confirmed 2 weeks out and additionally week of the move. The day before they contacted me, needed to move the date, when I declined the quote increased by 700.00. Fast forward, they did t show up on the moving date. Spoke with Paul (supervisor) who had every excuse but took no responsibility. When confronted, he said, I will call you right back. Never received that call, hung up on me when I called back to request the corporate number. Unprofessional, disorganized, and unreliable. I have since looked through reviews and this is not isolated, overpriced, bait and switch and then does not show up

PLEASE BEWARE â DO NOT USE THIZ COMPANY â EMPLOYEE HARASSED AND CAME ON TO ME AND THE COMPANY REFUSES GO ADDRESS IT I used All My Sons for my move in April. They were the slowest crew of movers I have ever seen. They damaged my home and my belongings. They didnâ t label anything they packed. Half the crew left early leaving me unloading a truck. But worst of all I was harassed by the leader of the crew. After speaking to me all day in a patronizing come on to me tone of voice, at the end of the evening he insisted I save his phone number. He then offered multiple times to come to my house later in the week off the clock to help me unpack. He also called me that night offering to bring parts of my desk to my house asking me â how late do you plan to be upâ so he could bring them to me before I went to bed. I also got another call from him attempting to confront me and demanding answers when he believed I called his manager to complain. The crew also left the front door to my previous home wide open. The next day I spoke to his manager and was told heâ d been fired. I spent the first week living in my new house wondering if this guy was going to show up at my house or try to break in or something because he was fired. Silly me, turns out the manager was lying to me and he wasnâ t fired at all â BEWARE you may end up with a creep working in your home and handling all your belongings!!! I was told the owners were going to call me and â make it rightâ . No one called me. I was eventually able to reach a customer service rep who again asked me to recount all the details. Again I was told they would be getting back to me to rectify my situation. Nope. Finally they had me speak to an HR rep. I guess to get a record for his employee file? I donâ t know. But again, Iâ m sitting here and I paid FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to be harassed and have my stuff damaged. I have pieces of furniture that were DESTROYED and others that were left unusable when they left the job without putting anything back together AND with pieces and hardware missing. Tonight a fourth person asked me to explain my experience when I KNOW they have all the notes on this. Honestly, stay away. No one, but especially women, shouldnâ t feel unsafe or having to replace their furniture after paying this much money.

I was grossly overcharged. I have been calling and emailing and have been brushed off, ignored, or assured that the issues would be resolved and then the person promising to resolve the issue disappears. The crew was very friendly, but slow, careless, and reeked of weed. I do not care if you smoke, I just want my furniture undamaged and my boxes right side up.

We moved three bedroom house furnishings from Holladay Utah to Pleasant View. The move required two trucks. Communication ahead of move was good. Our estimator, Jason Perry was very efficient and accurate with materials and man-hour estimated. Packing materials were delivered to home well ahead of move. The move itself was supervised by Michael Fario who did a fantastic job with his crew. They worked very hard while ensuring security of all furnishing as well as preventing any damage to both homes we moved out of and into. I would highly recommend All My Sons for all of your moving needs.

Aukeem and Alex showed up ready to work and took excellent care of our household goods. They moved everything efficiently out of the old and into the new residence. They were courteous and friendly. I would definitely use them again!
