Movers were professional, careful, fast, and friendly. We used them to pack several rooms as well and they were great. Wrapped all fragile items in paper individually and nothing broke. Affordable. Highly recommend.

The job was done well, only one minor issue with a handle being broken on a bedroom drawer and a small chip in the bedroom headboard. Besides that they did a fine job. There was an issue however with the office at time of payment after delivery . I paid with my debit card which showed as being debited on my end, but the office said it did not go through so I had to pay again on my credit card which means I ended up with duplicate payments. The office said they will refund me as soon as they figure out what the issue is, but it has not been resolved yet; hopefully they take care of this soon, and I don?t have to take this any further.

They did not complete the move. Left at 5 :30 stating they cannot work past that time. They knew from the beginning how much furniture had. I complained to the manager Keon who stated he is the owner and one week later I have not gotten a response. The move cost me over $2500 and my family had to move the heavy furniture. I trusted them and they did not follow through with the move as expected when Inwas booking them. Be very careful!

The van showed up on a cold snowy morning and the crew worked with us to load up in Maryland and unload in Virginia. They were very professional and diligent. They did everything we asked. No complaints.
