All My Sons Moving & Storage

We hired All my sons moving for July 20th and to have them store our stuff until July 28th. We worked with David Biulder (sales) which was a huge mistake. He was not part of anything other than when I signed and as far as customer service went was awful. He even stopped taking my phone calls. On the move out they damaged the walls of the home and stairs as they did not do anything to protect either one. The movers were very unfriendly, and one mover even talked about having to go to court (I wont disclose for what for) When we finally received our belongings, a different staff showed up (late) and as they unloaded our belongings, we realized that destroyed furniture. ripped couches and 2 love seats, broke our China cabinet, broke end tables, broke 2 TV stands, ruined my sleep number bed, scratched, and chipped our bedroom furniture. We filed a claim and were ignored for more than 2 weeks, (and currently at week 3 with NO resolve) When I finally was able to get someone on the phone the lack of empathy by AB Balderas (employees name) made the entire situation worse and felt I did not really matter. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. Thank You All my sons for ruining what should have been a great experience moving into a brand new home for me and my family.

We were quoted a 3 day, move with 2 trucks and 5 movers for roughly $7k. We received one truck on the first day with 5 movers to pack up the house. Tow of the movers had to come POV/Uber. They ran out of supplies in 4 hours. One mover left with his mom at approximately 3 hours (1pm). all movers were billed full time. Day 2- One truck, 4 movers Day 3- One truck, 4 movers Day 4- One truck, 5 movers We were billed the first 3 days for 2 trucks and 5 movers. The total cost for the move was roughly $10,500, nearly 50% over the estimate. Movers used large wardrobes for most of the move. Glass items were frequently packed unwrapped with other heavy objects. Such as pictures, kitchen glassware/ceramics, wine and drink glasses, computer monitors, and other fragile items. They placed an open bottle of olive oil in a wardrobe with dishware. The bottle leaked all over the old house, and the contents of the box. Movers did not disassemble furniture. There was over $5000 or damage to be repaired at the house we moved out of which impacted listing and offers. Movers broke many items at the house we were moving out of. Instead of informing us, they buried the items in closets, or under rubbish for us to find later. We had another more serious issues as well. We have sent our claim and pictures of the company, and have had zero response. We are working currently to unpack the remaining items in the 90 day window, and plan to file formal claims with the parties involved.

Hard working, focused, careful, efficient, and courteous! Went above and beyond and even installed our new fridge and tested it out. I recommend All My Sons 100%!

Friendly, courteous, prompt, and quick... but, careless (significant damage to the bed, set on the finished side on the driveway... amongst other damage).

they never show up bad service

They showed up without any supplies and then stated that the move needed at least 3 or 4 people. I was given more excuses then answers. I ended up having to find alternative help to get moved and it took over a month to get my deposit refunded. I will never use this company and I have shared it with everyone I can.
