I feel their quote was misleading and they overcharged for the work. Their quote had a line item for leaf disposal c/y - $20.00. I assumed it would be $20.00. They could have explained c/y meant cubic yard, but they didn't. They charged me $120.00 for 6 cubic yards of leaf disposal, outrageous! The total bill was 33% higher than I was lead to believe. I had other estimates considerably lower & have had fall clean up by other services many times over the 17 years of living there and it never cost near that much. My husband has done the fall clean up himself when able and only had 2 Cubic yards of disposal. I guess they thought they could take advantage of me since I have moved out of state and was not there to see the job done. After speaking with them, they said they would call me back to see if they could reduce the price and never did get back to me. I cannot recommend them as they were by far the highest price for fall clean up and dishonest about it. I cannot comment about the 'quality' of the work since I was not there to see it, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars.

We apologize that you were dissatisfied with our services. Being that a phone call or email was not received from the customer, we were unaware that the customer was unhappy. We would like the opportunity to rectify the situation, please call our office. Our estimates for fall clean up do state they are a base charge plus debris removal, which is what we are charged by the recycling facility. The amount of debris removal is hard to estimate when a property is in a mature tree neighborhood. We have machines that measure the amount of debris removed. We strive to make all customers happy. If there is an issue we rectify as soon as possible.

After a few communication problems All Metro Lawn and Snow, LLC did come back and address the issues I was having and fixed them. I am pleased with their work.

Our initial estimate included an approved allowance for weed barrier that while on-site you asked our crew not to install. This was $60.00 and part of the original agreement that we did not ask for when you notified us of the change. Our crew removed all of the river rock from around the building foundation and replaced it with mulch. We did recommend amending the soil and you declined this requesting that we loosen the soil by hand. Our crew did not leave anything behind as each site is inspected by a foreman. We would be happy to meet with you and correct or address any issues.

don't think they were anticipating the work load as my yard was a mess. They were there almost all day and the yard looks great.

They were not punctual. I took the day off of work to be home when the work was done. At noon I called the office to see what the delay was. When they did get to my home they didn't have enough sod to finish the project. They installed edging around a large rock bed. There are several pieces that don't meet up because they didn't add the pieces that connect one piece of edging to another. I had to call them back to install edging around several small bushes. This was part of the project that wasn't done at all. They were to extend a rock bed, but didn't think about the need for additional rock. I wouldn't recommend this company.
