Hi, how are you? This company in May to install an above ground liner the estimate was well over $2000 slideshows to go with them because they were willing to come right away. They wanted to charge $500 for a truckload of water which they said my pool required two I agreed to one truck and then I would fill up the pool with a garden hose after the installation. It took approximately two weeks of adding water little by little once I reached the proper level. I started to notice each day. I was losing approximately 2 inches of water, just to make sure it wasnâ t evaporation. I kept filling the pool up and watching the water go down. It would only go so far approximately just the bottom of the skimmer and no more so I called them that I was losing water. They sent two guys who spent approximately an hour to an hour and a half using leak detectors so I went in the house told him if they needed me to give me a holler when they were leaving. They said that they found a leak and I asked them did they fix it? They said yes so I filled the pool back up and then once again , I lost 2 inches of water. Send me an invoice saying that the leak was caused by my robot and wanted to charge me $266 so I called NICK and stated that how could it be the robot when the leak is at the top of the pool and he seemed to not know exactly where the leak was , this one on for another week or two called him and said I am not paying the money and Iâ m still losing water so they sent the same two guys who spent another hour going over the pool the leak was contained within 5 inches from the top of the poo and when I asked them, where was the repair they ignored me andl they could not find it so I got a phone call from Nick stating they were gonna send Diver to find the leak. The Diver shows up gets in the pool and finds the leak within 30 seconds which was located behind the ladder so now I receive another invoice charging me $347 for the Diver and stating that the leak was caused by the customer I beg to differ I claim that it was caused during installation which their company claims a 20 year warranty on the liner and a two year warranty on the installation. They never made the repair and lied and tried to charge me. And now they want to charge me for the Diver, which they called because they were too inept to find the leak. These guys are a rip off. Prove to me that it was not caused by your installation.

Closed my pool two years in a row. 1st one done perfectly, second time they put wrong size stoppers in different pipes making it difficult to open. I left multiple messages and never received a phone call. I no longer trust them and will refer my business elsewhere.

This guys were real good.! I recommend them. There was a slight issue with a leak and they came right back to find it and fix it.

They were really good, they showed up on time and the gentlemen who came was very polite and I will definitely reuse them.

Angeliqui needs the job done, the reason why it is not done is because they are working as a company that before making the payment they need to have an invoice so they can access the payment.
