All About Floors Wood and Ceramic Tile

Hired to repair and regrout existing outside tile on my porch. Did not finish the job. Tom demanded full payment prior to finishing the job. Threatened to remove the work with a grinder. Very rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. I had to hire someone else to clean the grout residue from the floor. Terrible experience.

Got with me quickly and professional. He was at my home to start the project like he said he would and finished project in the amount of time I was told. I would use this company again. I learned that he also payed tile and will use him on my next project of tiling my shower.

Did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. Great communication and Tom took care of everything.

I hired All About Floors... to refinish 3 rooms with hardwood floors under 30 years of old carpet and the results were amazing. Tom's group also replaced old flooring with laminate floorint throughout the rest of my house. He helped me select the flooring that would match the hardwood floors and then had an outstanding group who did the demo work, replaced the flooring and refinished the other rooms. It was all on time and on budget. They started work 9/9/19 and it was all completed 9/25/19. Tom was always timely, his workers were superb, they cleaned up every day before leaving. I would highly recommend them.

We had engineered floors put in our guest house. Wood floors and carpet went in our main house. Both houses look gorgeous! Tom and both his crews were very creative, well prepared and very nice. They are masters at their trade and Tom's pricing was reasonable. We would definitely recommend them. Many thanks!!!

The person who did the work was great. The person who contracted for the work and handled the financing was too sweet and didn't take good care of my furniture and kind of told half truths.

This company worked within the time frames that I needed, worked around a baby grand piano, and even (without asking) added a trim piece that was missing that led to the unfinished basement to make it look finished and complete. Not only do the rooms look great, the attention to detail to the closets and transitions between portions of the house look wonderful.
