David was great and was able to make all repairs in a timely manner. We will have him come back for additional work. UPDATE 6/23/2020: During the first 2 visits, David did a good job on the projects I had him work out. As a result, I left a good review. How quickly things can change. With that said, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the fact he never returned to finish installing the bathroom fan as promised. He started the installation/replacement on April 27, 2020, and it is now June 19, 2020. When he left on April 27th, he promised me he would return the following week to complete with the bathroom fan. He was going to get a part he needed and return, so I paid 100% for everything...trusting he would return as promised. He has called me on a few Sunday evenings apologizing that he has not completed the job, and again promised both times he would come by that week...and still nothing. It has been nearly 8 weeks since he was here, and we have had to deal with no fan in our bathroom, which is likely causing moisture issues...and we all know what that can lead to. David and A-Lite management, at the very least you need to either come to finish what you started or refund my payment for the fan installation and I will hire another electrician.

Very quick response. Found the problem quickly, but also checked several other things as the first visit was a flat fee. (Good part was that the repair person didn't even chuckle when he identified a dumb error I had made! Well, perhaps he did set go with a very small smile!!)

I am waiting for said electrician to return and install a dimmer switch as promised. He did an excellent job of creating a way to save the fixture from needing a whole new fixture. I was waiting for the electrician to come and install a dimmer, and he did. Everything works great! Thank you A-Lite!
