Highly recommended! Alfaro Construction arrived within an hour of us calling to remove a tree stump. Our stump was assessed and we were asked what we wanted to do with the area once the stump was removed. The gentleman took the time to discuss our options and quoted us an excellent price for the work required. We will use them again in the future.

I negotiated the price he did everything I wanted with the tree removal and grinding my stomps I will use his service again in the future. He came out the same day I requested did the work I didn t have to wait at all great job. He also cleaned up after he was done

I was in no hurry to have a stump removed. Work done in a week or two would have been fine. I was just looking for initial pricing for removing a stump in my front yard. he called at 7 am the day after I filled out the request (a little before midnight) on home adviser. he wanted to know when I would be home, I gave a general time, but said he could see everything he needed to to quote without me there. he got to my house about half an hour before I got home from work startling my roommate. He gave a quote when I got there of just under 500 for a 2 foot stump, saying it was a special situation (he did not elaborate) that would cost extra, but said that he was offering a great deal. I tried to get him to leave by asking to have him do the work on a later day. I just wanted a quote when I tried walking away, he walked in front of me and revised his offer to 400. I knew this number was much higher than a fair price but I felt threatened and I just wanted him to go away so I agreed. I don't like haggling and I don't like having arguments with strangers when I can't run away. If you end up asking this guy for a quote, know that he will be aggressive and very overpriced. The work he did met my expectations.
