People were lovely and did all I asked, which was more than originally asked for, but the price seemed high, although I might be wrong.

We hired Aldrin to fix a botched electrical installation, as well as replace several fixtures and install a new shelf and TV. He was extremely efficient, thorough, and professional. He really cared about completing the job in a satisfactory and aesthetically pleasing way, and stayed to make sure it got done. We will definitely hire him again for future needs!

He said his fee was $60.00/hr, so I figured with two workers, it would be $120./hr. Instead he charged $200.00 an hour for 4 hours of fixing 5 loose tiles; caulking around a bathtub, installing two ceiling hooks and oiling 4 wood deck chairs and a small table. The price was $800.00. I thought he was joking at first. These were all simple tasks and the price is outrageous.
