Buyer Beware: Damaged my deck paneling while installing a small gate. Supposed to be a small job! Did not say anything until I brought it to his attention. Then told me - oh, yeah. The saw slipped. It is only cosmetic. - His fix was to take the panel off and flip it over, or replace it with wood which would not match. What a jerk!! Overcharged me for 30 minutes of sloppy work which required hiring and paying another company to fix it. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!

We had a 2story deck added on to an existing screened porch. Wonderful experience! Very professional with quality craftsmanship!!!! Highly recommend Fleek Construction!

Alan is very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed some underlying issues that some other contractors had overlooked. He used quality materials to complete my project. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. They were here when they said they would be. The only delays I encountered were due to waiting for materials or due to inclement weather. I am very pleased with the end results. I would definitely recommend Alan Fleek Home Improvements and plan to use them for some future projects at my house.

Mr Fleek answered all my questions about the project and assisted me in ordering the supplies I needed for the repair. His crew did an outstanding job in completion of the project. I highly suggest you hire his company to make similar home improvements.

Alan Fleek Home Improvement completed the residing of our lake home. Being from out of state we searched for a crew that would be professional and trustworthy. We are completely satisfied with the wood (LP Smartside) board and batten look. In the middle of the project moisture damage was discovered in the roof sheeting. The same crew was able to strip and reroof the entire house in one day! That was an efficient team.

After several estimates, we decided to retain Alan Fleek for our home project, a four-season room. It was an excellent decision. From the beginning to the end of the project, he was always responsive, professional and courteous. All members of his team, including framing, electrical and HVAC, were equally excellent, and responsive. Alan remained engaged, and available throughout the build, always willing to do extra for us. As good a contractor as he is, he's also just good folk. All this service at a great value. We are very pleased with the result. I am writing this review from our wonderful new room, and I can easily say, your first call for all your home improvement projects should be to Alan Fleek. You won't be disappointed.

We had MAJOR water damage in our three season porch floor and a 25-year old rotting deck. NO ONE wanted this job. It was too big and too scary, literally. Imagine the complexity of removing everything from under a roof without removing the roof? Alan was the only company who quoted this project. He even wrote two proposals. One to try to help us get the insurance company to cover some of the expense and one if insurance would not cover us. He went to a lot of work for us with no pay up front. His exceptional record here on HomeAdvisor convinced us this was the guy to use. In short, he and his crew did everything that they promised. Our neighbors came over and said they had never seen a furniture grade deck before! We simply could not be any happier. Alan is the real deal. A true gentleman and craftsman with a great crew too.

Alan and his crew re-sided our out-of-town Lake property. He drove up to the site and inspected the job and gave us a fair quote. I knew after meeting him that his professionalism and attention to detail would ease my mind that I had found the right company. They started the work and had it totally completed within the week. The job came out beautiful and I would highly recommend Alan and his crew to anyone. Oh, by the way, the neighbors couldn't stop with the compliments.
