Akor mechanical resolved a problem with my furnace in one week that 3 other HAVC companies fails to do over the course of almost a year. Ike was extremely professional, clearly very knowledgeable and competent and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Ike was referred by my Home Warranty Company to repair my heat furnace. He was responsive at first, however, he did not repair my unit, gave me the home warranty company the runaround, and provided false information regarding the issue. He came out twice to repair the unit and did not fix it correctly, as result water continued to leak from my unit and caused damage to my home. When we finally reached him after several attempts, he then informed us that he was unable to fix the problem because the unit was installed upside down which one could clearly see was not the case and this was also verified by another professional who had to correct his work. Ike was unprofessional, He did not return calls or respond to me or my Home Warranty Company to provide a complete diagnosis. When he did, it was incorrect. As you can imagine, I am a very unhappy customer and absolutely cannot recommend him or his company to anyone. Ike is dishonest and lacks professionalism and integrity.

Called & showed up promptly. Knew what the issue was, but didnÂ’t commit to complete the task right away. Filled up Freon for 2-3 min, and claimed it was 2.5lbs worth. He said he needs to leave today and will comeback Saturday to fix it. And for his 20 minutes he wanted $475.00 What a FRAUD!!!!
