Had an issue with my heating system. Called Air Time, they were able to schedule me with in a few hours to take a look at it. Found it was a simple fix and fixed it. Very reasonable prices, friendly service, and very knowledgeable!! Will def continue to use and will recommend to everyone!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Air Time has been keeping my old unit running for the last couple of years. We'll it finally died all the way and I decided to replace it with a brand new system. Called Air Time and was able to get a quote on a few different units finally decided on a goodman and they put it in the next day just in time for the cold weather. Thank Randy for getting my new unit we love it and I will recommend yall to everyone!!

Called Air Time early yesterday morning because my ac went out. Got an appointment for that afternoon luckily. They identifed the problem and had me up and running by yesterday evening. Luckily the part was in stock and the price was very reasonable for a coil replacement and didnt break my bank account. So thankful for Randy and his team for caring about their customers. I will definitely 💯 recommend Air Time to everyone!!!! Thank you Randy and the Aur Time crew!!!!

Christina and Randy came out and put in a very nice mini split for my daughter’s shop!! They did an amazing job and a great price!! I use them for everything when it come to my hvac unit!!! 100% recommend to everyone!!! Thank you Air Time of South Carolina for everything!!!

We had a maintenance contract with them for several years before using them to replace our entire system in June 2019. We were informed we had a 10-year warranty with our new system. In May, 2021, it was not working, and an employee spent multiple days installing a total of 3 different thermostats, and was never able to get the unit to a functional level (it either did not work, or would not turn off). We finally insisted that the owner come look at the unit, and he was so rude and aggressive, we were unable to communicate with him, and the unit still did not work properly. I terminated our contract and then learned that they never registered our unit in 2019, leaving us with only a 5-year warranty. The quality of the work and customer service has significantly declined in the last 2 years, such that I will not allow them onto the property. The owner was threatening on the phone when I terminated their service, and laughed when I talked about the thousands of dollars I have spent with them, the last of which was over $500 to replace thermostats that still did not work until we hired someone else.

First, I am sorry that you do not understand that when you curse at our staff then we take it very seriously especially when we are trying to fix your problem. Second, it is an outright lie that your equipment was not under warranty when we just did a warranty repair 3 months ago with your information attached to the part. Last but not least, it is really disturbing that you put all this misinformation about what really happened at your home while we were trying to complete a repair. I am really sorry that we hit this bump in the road, but we will not tolerate cursing and mistreating the staff or the way you cursed me on the phone.
