We truly appreciate your kind words about our professionalism and the care we took with both the packing and unpacking process. How we treat our customers is extremely important to us, and it remains our top priority. I understand that during your conversation with Denise on November 26, 2024, at 3:14 PM, you expressed that we did an amazing job but noted concern about the final cost. You also mentioned that you felt this type of increase could have occurred with any moving company, and we sincerely appreciate your honesty and understanding. That said, we were disappointed to see our rating lowered due to the cost aspect, especially given the quality of service you felt we delivered. While a 3.5-star rating may be considered acceptable for some companies, as you can see from our hundreds of reviews on HomeAdvisor and over 1,000 on Google, it is not typical for us and not reflective of the standard we aim to uphold. We truly value your feedback and respect how you felt about your experience. That said, we were a bit surprised by the 3.5-star rating.
