They failed to respond to my request, they ignored me.

they are awful.....they take your money up front then do not do the job you paid for.. they break things in your yard and leave and not tell you they broke something,, you have to call them every week to get the service you paid for then they half ass the job.. if I hadn't already paid them they would not be coming to my home..

I called them late on a weekday morning, by 3 in the afternoon, my work was done and looked beautiful. I would hire them again in a second (and will be).

I had a great experince with this contractor. Price was very fair and they came by very quickly and completed the job timely. These people are very proffessionaI. Will call this company for future work.

These guys were beyond good. I needed a little more done (minor landscaping) than just the tree removal that I originally called for and Ronnie found a way to get it done. Fast, very efficient, very reasonable cost, friendly, and professional. In todays world finding people like that is a rarity. You will not be disappointed in the least by hiring these guys.

Great tree climber service. Price was fair and they communicated well. However they left tree debris about 15 feet from where they agreed to leave it so I have a mess to clean up.

Very polite, did a good job of bringing the tree down, but did not inform the customer that a subcontractor would remove the stump (through grinding) and did not return to finish the job of cleaning up the considerable wood shavings and other debris from the grinding. INCOMPLETE JOB !

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT OR SUBMIT REVIEW PRIOR TO COMPLETION! They have changed the dates for coming back to chip the huge pile of limbs and only cut the large tree partially through. They have told me 6 different times, "We'll be there Monday," then Wednesday, then Monday, etc., etc. Now they ignore my calls and messages completely. They sure cashed the 2 checks for $800 each VERY quickly though! They're not too busy to do that! This is how you show your professed respect for military families? They talk a good game, but that's it. They even ignored me telling them that I would be contacting Home Advisor to complain. Do not work with Kevin Beard or Ronnie Thomas. Original review: "They are even bringing a chipper back for me to have free mulch, using all of the smaller branches, and we're supposed to cut the felled trees into firewood sized chunks so we can split and chop for firewood this winter." (Once they pulled away and cashed the checks, they never came back!)

Do not pay anything in advance. Only pay them once the job has been completed, and only to your satisfaction.
