Get a written contract, always get an agreed upon finish date and time, contractors are notorious for having several jobs going on at once and sometimes promise a finish date they can't meet just to get your business. Luckily that was not the case on this job. Work was actually finished earlier.

the owner of the company does not know how to properly allocate time to a given job. he also had to be reminded about contacting the customer when he was going to arrive to do the job. he would never show up when he said he was going to and always arrived late by anywhere from 30 minutes to over and hour late. The individuals who actually did most of the work were very good cared about doing a good job. The job was only supposed to take 7 days and was actually two days late. The owner commanted that our job was not his top priority and was constantly going to another job.

The customer was informed prior to contract signing that I had a large 600 square foot addition in progress and that the shower would be done on an available basis. The shower was completed one day late,while working 14 hour days. Client was well informed when availability was not expedient.

After The Fact Remodeling and Reconstruction did a great job! Justin was very professional and helpful throughout the project. He helped me get the necessay permits, returned my calls, and showed up on time. The cost was reasonalble, and the project was completed as scheduled. I would deinitely recommend After the Fact Reconstruction and Remodeling.
