I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. Adrian was awesome! I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure all that it entailed. Adrian came in and started making my ideas sound realistic. He was honest and upfront about what he could and couldn't do, what would be too expensive and what would be within our budget. We signed a contract with him within a week. His and his crews craftsmanship was amazing, we kept adding little jobs on because their work was that good. He finished each section on time and within the agreed upon budget, he never went over except for the jobs I added on. He finished the entire remodel 1 day early! Adrian is honest, trustworthy and a great contractor. You will not regret hiring him for any job!

Used pre-configured cabinets; adapted pantry to my specifications; gave me choices (granite, style & color of cabinets, sink). Honest and reliable, came when he said he would, and pleasant general demeanor always.

Adrian is a craftsman . He did a great job and was on schedule and completed the bathroom remodel in a timely manner. We are hiring him to do our other bathroom. I will refer him when the occasion comes.

Adrian was very responsive, obviously keeps himself to a high level of integrity, kept to their schedule, was extremely neat & clean, and kept to the promised cost (no surprises). He offered some great creative ideas to help optimize the remodel. This was our first bathroom remodel and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We'll definitely be having him back to remodel our other two bathrooms.
