Worked me into their schedule and it was only a couple of days later. Job done while I was at work and come home to a completed job.

Very prompt and did great clean up.

There are rules when hiring people/companies to do work for you. One the top of my list is "NEVER pay them until the work is done and fully inspected." I violated that rule when I hired Aerial Tree Service. I was in a difficult situation. I was out of town and a huge "widow maker" tree needed to come down. Aerial was fantastic! I was given several options and was under NO pressure. I was so pleased that I put a check in the mail so that it would get there before the work was done. The work was done exactly when promised and he waited to cash the check until the job was done. I RARELY give 5-star ratings. Everybody an't be exceptional. Otherwise nobody is exceptional. I 5-star rating from me is more like a 6.5-star rating from most. I do have one regret... I wasn't there when they finished. I would loved to shake the hand of an honest man who says what he means and does what he says. I hope I never need a tree service again! But, if I do ATS, LLC is at the top of my list. Courteous and respectable a man of his word. Professional work kept to the agreement made by both parties. Would and did recommend his services to friends who also decided to use his services.

Jeremie and his team were on time, efficient, and addressed all of the trimming that he agreed to and more. Careful to manage around windows, screens, sprinkler, and septic systems. Cleared everything away and was very professional !

Ariel was one of three companies I contacted from HomeAd. He came gave me a very reasonable estimate. The job was a very large job. Removing 4 large oak trees and several other trees, trimming up 11 trees. Jeremy did the entire work around my schedule!! It took two full days with a crew of 6/7 to complete the job. The entire crew was so respectful! In fact he did not want to get paid till job was complete and I was totally satisfied. There are so many companies these days that are only concerned about the money they make. Ariel Tree was the complete opposite. I can not say enough about how impressed I am!! They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. I liked the fact he was able to provide me with information soon as I asked about being lisecend and insured. My neighbors have already used him after seeing my yard! Thank you Ariel Tree for the amazing job and outstanding performance.

Jeramie showed up promptly and gave a very reasonable estimate. We agreed that he'd show up on Labor Day to take down a large palm that was too close to the house. Then hurricane Hermine formed in the gulf and was scheduled to hit in the middle of Thursday night before Labor Day. Lo and behold, I got home from work Thursday afternoon to find Jeramie and his crew had come out and taken care of the tree before the storm hit! My wife and the neighbors were able to sleep easy knowing that we wouldn't have the tree come through the roof in the middle of the night! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the quality was that there was about 4 feet to land the tree in between the driveway and a Sago palm, and he missed by a couple of inches, taking out one or two Sago fronds. I'd told him beforehand that I had no problem with that so it wasn't really an issue. I definitely recommend Jeramie and his crew, not only for the quality and value of the work, but especially the customer service. Coming out before the storm without being asked shows professionalism and character not found very often these days.
