They were fantastic!

Very polite. 2 Changes I would make. Company has full insurance but customer has to contact insurance for certificate holder coverage. And clean up could be a little better. We would use them again and recommend them.

We asked for advance call as to what day & time they would arrive, however, no one contacted us before showing up to our home; our neighbor called us to inform us they were at our home, but upon arriving, we realized the 2 workers were doing a side job for cash under the table for a neighbor, that we were completely unaware of was happening as we rushed back to our home 10 mins away, they left awful ruts in the ground & grass between those to homes, which caused conflict with that one homeowner whose yard got tore up, in order for them to be able to get their bucket truck behind a particular different home to do the under the table job, therefore they didn t have enough time or courtesy to finish our job properly that we were paying the company directly for; they left one entire palm tree laying in our side yard!! Upon calling the company owner, Jeremy, to advise him as to how his two employees handled themselves, informed him as to the yard destruction they caused to one of our neighbors & how we got blamed for it, & informed him of the entire 35 foot palm tree was still laying in our side yard & that his 2 workers didn t haul the debris off because they ran out of time for their days work load & their truck was full , the owner never offered to have anyone from his company, nor himself, return to pick up their debris they left in our yard !! Completely unprofessional !!

Did good work. Was late on 1st day without calling. They had an emergency call of tree fallen on porch & house. The Bobcat operator dug up my hibiscus by its roots and dug up my marker for my sprinkler of which I'm not pleased. We are still digging in the yard looking for the sprinkler line. We contracted to just have the tree cut & stump ground. We are finding a lot of dirt in the tree pile and our hibiscus root. I put it back in the ground. But, I don't think it will survive. They were very careful not to let any limbs hit our roof. Ground stump very deep. Blew off road, roof and driveways. All men were very friendly. Price was very reasonable. I may hire them to take the trunk part of tree for they are very large. I would highly recommend them for your tree removal. But, keep in mind when they tell you the ground will be tore up, they are absolutely right.

Quick estimates, stands by his proposal. Comes as scheduled and did a very good job clearing our neighbors fallen tree from our property.
