Advance Pest Control responded to my request for a quote. I was contacted via my cell. An appointment was made. Advance Pest Control did not show up. I called them and was told I did not answer my phone but the phone number used to contact me was off by 1 digit. I though, ok - mistakes happen. Rescheduled again. Advanced Pest Control showed up like 1 and 1/2 hours late. I said Your late" and the gentleman flew into a rage about he is not killing himself. I told him being nasty and he got even nastier. I closed the door at that point. Was not taking a chance that the situation would escalate. If he was going to be late, a phone call would have been acceptable. But his behavior was unacceptable.

I hired John last fall to remove moles that were destroying my lawn. He walked the property, put down 3 or 4 mole baits, and told me to call him in the spring if the moles returned. He charged me $300 for his "work." I checked the lawn in the front of the house now that the snow has melted, and there are new brown spots of dead grass indicating the moles never left. In my opinion, this guy is totally unqualified to do the proper job. I believe he scammed me. I will never call this guy to do any "pest control" on my property.

Good communication before and after process.

John was great!! He returned our call quickly and came out the very next day. He sure knows his bees. My husband and I tried for 2 weeks, without success to get rid of a nest that was behind the siding. John was able to do it in 20 minutes. It's been a week and they are still gone.
