Mike just finished cleaning the carpet in my townhouse. He came in person, ahead of time to give me a face to face estimate, which was lower than any other estimate I received. Today, he arrived 15 min before the appt time, which was awesome. There were a few high traffic areas that I was worried wouldn't come as clean as the rest, and instead of promising me it would, Mike told me it might not, but it would look much better. Guess what? The carpet, including the high traffic areas look practically like new! I've had not great experiences in the past with the big name companies, and even a couple smaller local ones that either quoted one price, then tried to jack it up later, or didn't even show up. Mike was personable, professional, did the work fast, and even let me borrow one of his professional fans to dry it faster. I would highly recommend Advanced Cleaning, LLC to anyone looking for great work at a really affordable rate. 5+ stars from me!

Michael Tanner, owner and operator of Advanced Cleaning, just cleaned and sealed our natural slate flooring. He did research into what would work best considering it was sealed when new. Deep cleaned one day and sealed the next. Very responsive to request for estimate. He has good equipment and knows how to use it. He also does other hard surfaces and carpet. His work and the results are excellent.
