I scheduled a Dryer and A/C Heat vent cleaning at one of my rental properties. The first appointment got cancelled the exact time they were scheduled to show up (wasted my day). 2 weeks later on the second appointment, they only cleaned the dryer vent and said they were too busy to clean the other vents that I needed to make another appointment. So far I have 2 appointments, and 2 days and now I have to schedule a 3rd appointment. Will go somewhere else for the remaining work,

AAS is, to say the least, a take the exorbitant fee and disappear firm. When hired they based their fee on the number of registers. Within 15 minutes of their arrival they declared it unnecessary to clean the ductwork and pushed the chemical treatment of the blower assembly. This came to $500. After they left, condensate from the cooling coils began appearing on the floor. After assuring me at least twice during the sales pitch that they were available any time by phone, three calls were ignored. When I finally did contact them by phone 4 days later, I was told that they would check it out. That was almost a week ago with nothing since. The leaking was finally stopped by my heat & air company. I'm awaiting their bill, which I'm sure will be substantial.
