The owner does not care and does not listen. I wrote exactly what I wanted and was specific to say I just needed the smaller branches hanging over the house and street cut back. It would have made the diameter of the crown smaller simply by trimming the outermost smaller branches away from the house and the lower hanging small branches away from the street. His crew butchered my tree and cut off two major branches. They thinned the tree which I never asked for! I called and said there was a problem while they were still working in the tree and he never showed up to check in it on it. Stay away from this company unless you want your trees butchered and to waste your money.

They started when they said they would! They worked very hard to prepare the yard foe new sod. They did extra on my frond yard with no extra charge. The new sod is growing fine and almost ready for the first cut. They came up with an edging idea using rocks around the border. My wife just loves her new backyard!

They worked hard on this little palm because it's roots were not like a normad trees roots. They split and crumbled. These men ground it and finally dug it out. They did a fine job on something the looked easy but was extremely difficult and never gave up!
