The job cost 3 times the original estimate. I was willing to pay it(which I did) since they had already started. After paying I realized they did not completely remove all the items I requested. I was promised that he would return and grab the rest of the items. However,he never did. Now I am stuck. Because I also hired a waterproofing company who could not start work because of the left over items. I'm a recent widow and did not completely supervise the project. I trusted that it would be completed because I did not hesitate to pay him the money he requested. If you have larger items that need to be removed this is not the place. They did, however, take away a lot of the trash. I called my cousin in to help because he had an older gentleman assisting and I did not want to overwhelmed him. This is a good place for a small project.

Unfortunately, there are two sides of every story and this is what viewers have to read. Just as a friendly FYI, this job was completed to the fullest extent and also has documentation stating that the customer was happy and acknowledged the work being completed. This house should have been condemned from the borough considering the condition of the home. The house was full of clutter, trash, and mold. We jeopardized are health and well being working in this home too get this job completed for this customer. We cleared EVERYTHING that was asked of. APM?s workmanship and customer care speaks for itself.

Adams s customer service is second to none! He responded quickly to my inquiry and was kind, listened to what I needed done, asked for pictures and had a quote to me all of in a matter of hours.
