He will not tell you an estimate upfront. He wants to know what your price range. How am I supposed to know? He charged me $5000 to remove a fence, put dirt on the ground and plant 4 small bushes and grass seed the yard. The grass seed is spotty and uneven. He didn't even use sod at that price. I definitely feel price gouged.

Unfortunately, a portion of this review comes from frustration for whatever reason that may be. Dora reached out to me in need in need of immediate assistance at one of her rental properties in Philadelphia. She reached out to me because her ex - contractor did not complete the job completely (left an entire backyard in shambles). Dora reached out to me to do a variety of different things ranging from removing Astro Turf, removing fence, clean up debris throughout the backyard, leveling and grading an entire backyard filled with screened fresh top soil. I also planted 4 Cypress Trees upon request per Dora. Customer did not want sod installed, she insisted that "real grass was installed", which is documented in a contract. It is also documented through text message. Ex-contractor (Dora Hired) left an absolute mess at the property, that myself + my guys removed / cleaned up. Dora forgot to mention in her review that a full contract was drafted prior to the job starting that was signed and dated. Customer fully understood the job outline and signed + dated it. Customer also wanted (politely declined the offer) me too write a letter and document how I seen the property upon arriving. She was taking the ex-contractor to court and wanted my letter to use as proof for how poor of work this ex-contractor did. Out of good will, I knew Dora was in desperate need of a concrete contractor (through prior conversations) so I willing supplied her with my concrete connection to tear out an absolute horrible concrete pad that the ex-contractor laid down by himself. The ex-contractor poured an entire parking pad with home mix concrete. Ex-contractor did not acquire a permit. Ex-contractor left a 4-5ft high pile of excessive concrete that I had to send someone down with a machine to remove. This entire job was completed to the fullest agree. APM is not held responsible for a customer not maintaining there property after the job is completed. APM advised customer that new grass + top soil requires water, in order for it to grow. APM stands by their work to the fullest degree. This entire job was documented through via text message, email, and pictures to clarify any misunderstanding anyone may have. Adam's Property Maintenance is an elite service provider for a reason.
