At first, good. They came out, looked at the windows, and gave us a quote. We paid half down. They never came back. I had to email them in order to see why they never returned. I forget what excuse they gave, but nonetheless, they finally came back... WITH THE WRONG PART! So, they said they had to order the right part and would come back to finish the job. Well, months have passed and they still have not come back to finish the job. Their website seems to be no longer working. I would really love to have my money back, or for them to complete the job! UPDATE It was probably been year later and they had not come back. I had to call them and leave a concerning message on social media for them to come back. They came back and once again, had the wrong part! Now they will not return my calls and return my money!
