Adam was here on time and he was extremely knowledgeable about his trade. My cable had come off on the right side of my garage door. He also explained to me that when I was trying to replace the bottom weather seal that attaches to the bottom of the door the piece that holds the weather stripping is pressed on by the manufacture of the door. He fixed the issue also by cutting and fabricating a new one right outside my garage. He also diagnosed why the cable had come off the door. The spring tension was set incorrectly when it was first installed so he adjusted that issue as well. He then recommended new rollers because the ones in mine were pretty cheap. Adam replaced all of the crappy rollers with rollers with ball bearings inside them with improved sound and quality. Adam is the classic example of the American Dream! Hard worker who is reliable and professional. Adam even came back on Saturday to make a small adjustment to the bottom of the door. Keep in mind he is closed on the weekends but made a special trip back to exceed customer satisfaction. Other companies should watch and learn from Adam because his stead fast commitment to customer satisfaction is what sets him apart from all the others. You will not be sorry if hire Adam to do your work he is definitely getting my work from this point forward. When everyone else was still calling to get the job and still not understanding what I needed when it was plainly written on what the issue was, Adam was on the phone with me at 7:30 am and was all ready in route to my home!!! Hiring Adam to perform the work is not not helping another person build his business and take care of his family, the quality of work you receive is excellent. Quality Garage Doors wanted $200 more for their labor, parts were about the same, and initially quoted me on replacing a perfectly good door. Adams Garage Doors was quick to setup and install a new belt opener and explain cost without pushing unnecessary upgrades. Seemed to be fine - did not clean up after the job including the light bulb and left staples all over the floor.
