Ace helped me out when another company fell through. They came out after hours (almost 8pm) and had me up and running in about an hour and a half. The technician Gino did a great job and explained to me everything he did and gave me tips for not having those issues in the future. I was so happy that I signed up for a maintenance program with Ace.

Carl Craig was the electrician that ACE dispatched for us. He showed up on time both days and worked straight through until the job was finished. He didn't even take a lunch break. His work appeared to me to be first rate and Carl cleaned up afterwards. Carl was great. I do believe that ACE's prices are significantly higher than other electrical service contractors. But in as much as we are new to the area, the warranty ACE offers and its significant Florida presence offered us some confidence that they would be there to stand behind their work. Although we spent more than we expected to, we were satisfied.

Do not EVER EVER hire these people. They will get you by saying that they are running a special on their service call for 29.90 and then when they get there they will try to charge WAY WAY too much for their services. They wanted to charge 250.00 to just hook up a water heater that takes 15 min. in labor. I called numerous others and the ave quote I got was 120.00-150.00
