the entire company was very professional ... it was also very easy to contact staff members to answer questions ... the roofing crew did an excellent job ... i would definitely use ace pro again ...

Very professional from the estimator to the workmen. Came on time, completed the work as promised. Cleaned up the work area. I would hire again if needed and recommend them to others.

I can't say enough about this company, especially Jim, the project manager. Everything was done in a timely manner. Their price was very fair. Since I am unable to climb onto my roof I can't say what the quality of work is. But the pictures they send and the fact my roof is not leaking would indicate the problem was fixed. I would definitely recommend this company.

The work has not been done yet we signed a contract but the work has not been done yet. Got in contact 10/31/2019 with Ken Morrison about a time the contractor would be here to do the work because I signed the contract with him. He informed me he had told me it would be at least two weeks to do the job and reminded me it was only nine days and not to worry it would be done. His attitude was so nasty I will never use this company again. I was only wanting to know if they were on schedule nothing else. He complained that I had called him three times this day and that it was 8:00pm when I last called him. When he came to my house to get a deposit the time was not an issue and he threaten to cancel the contract which was fine with me just refund me my deposit. I have been in public service all my career and know how to treat customers and this is not the way. I was only wanting to know if the company was on schedule and nothing else. I will never use this company again.

I never leave reviews but my experience with this company and their representative Jim Riolo was outstanding. Not only did they perform an excellent job but Jim was there 100% of the time, returned every call, very fair price and was available to help with any concerns or questions. Even at a time that because of personal issues he was dealing with a difficult customer he was professional and made sure I was a happy customer
