We purchased carpet from Randy's in Cedar Rapids and had Ace (Dave and James) install it. This combination provided the best quality carpet, best price, and best installation experience. They were prompt, efficient, organized, cleaned up and were done in 5 hours doing a dining room and living room. They also took time to educate us and made positive, professional suggestions on various ways to lay the carpet considering location, lighting, and longevity. I would strongly recommend having them lay your carpet no matter where you purchase it.

Our experience with Dave was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and clearly communicated the process for the repair. He completed the project in a timely manner and his workmanship appears impeccable. I thought the cost was very reasonable given the project. Would highly recommend him!

Very reliable and great customer service. David fixed a hole our dog chewed in the carpet. You can't tell there was a hole ever there. It was a little pricey, but not as bad as having to get new carpet!

The Ace Floor Guys repaired the floor of the living quarters of my horse trailer/camper with vinyl/linoleum material. This was very difficult and intricate work and also involved repairing the sub-floor (which turned out to be an involved custom job as well). They laid the kitchen, dinette and bathroom in one piece with no seams which involved multiple angles, slant walls, corners, doorways, etc. The completed job looks absolutely perfect. I could not possibly be more impressed. The work took pure artistry and extreme attention to detail. They were also great to work with, responsive and true professionals. I highly recommend the Ace Floor Guys.

Great job

He is a great guy but little pricy.

We have worked with Ace Floor on two projects--ceramic tile flooring installation in the fire place room and travertine tile flooring installation in the kitchen. The quality of work exceeded our expectations; in fact, I won't let anyone else do our tile projects from now on. Kathleen and Dave have experience with all kinds of tile materials and they can install any pattern you'd like. Kathleen also has an interior design degree and will make valuation design suggestions. We are hoping to work with them this summer on kitchen backsplash!

My husband and I were halfway through renovations when I flooring guys quit. David was so great and came to our rescue! He did a great job and even fixed the other contractors mistakes. He was very reliable and professional. He installed our flooring and did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend him to everyone.
