Mike was so incredible. He came over realized that my "mold" issue was fixable w/o professional help. He didn't charge me for coming out. He gave me suggestions and helpful tips to get it cleared up and he NEVER tried to sell me ANYTHING. He was so friendly, so helpful and nice that I felt guilty for not paying him for anything. I will hold onto his card for dear life b/c if I ever have an issue, I ONLY want Mike in my house! I would trust him 100% since I know he's not just out for $! Very VERY impressed!!

Mike and his crew were extremely thorough when completing our crawl space. They installed a french drain, vapor liner, sump pump, and dehumidifier. They also treated the mold and reinstalled insulation. Our crawl space is impeccable!

Mike Dawe is an honest,sincere professional. HE and his crew dug up my french drain & replaced it. They also decontaiminated the inside of my home of any mold that was present ( including the heat & air system). Mike was very fair on price and followed through on everthing he said he would. We think he went above and beyond what most contractors would have done. Thanks Mike!! I would use him again in a New York minute. Thanks again Mike!!!!

I used Mike's mold remediation service for a house I just bought. When it comes to mold many home owner would get panic and there are people who take advantage of this fear. Not with Mike. I did my reseach and was prepare to tackle the problem myself. However, Mike worked with me to help me stay within my budget. From his initial proposal to his modification to stay within my budget, I can tell that Mike is not out to rip people off. I am glad I found his service. Would recommend him to anyone.
