Hiring a handyman seemed a daunting task as I ready my home for sale. Bud was the first to call me - met to go over the multiple projects/repairs and he was on the job the next day! I could not recommend a better man for the know-how and attention to detail.......so completely satisfied in the quality of work! Plumbing - Drywall - Electrical - Powerwashing - Roof/Gutter Fix & the 'extras' Bud found & took care of as well. He even did work for a neighbor - also completely happy with Bud's excellent work!

We hired Marv to power wash the exterior , paint an awning and paint the interior of the home. He repaired/replaced drywall. He did an excellent job! We had further home renovation needs and Marv was able to help! He replaced sub floors, tiled, removed and replaced kitchen and bathroom cabinets, faucets, sinks, He worked tirelessly as we were on a timeline to get the work done. He is very accommodating , friendly, honest and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Initially make sure that they are doing what is being done and following through if they need to speak with a city inspector. Make sure they show up on time and honest with the time being done. Make sure that you receive the estimate, contract or invoice for work that was agreed on.

Marv did everything he listed on the contract pertaining to the replacement of drywall in the basement, painting the walls and then some. He was very willing to take care of some of the blips I needed to have taken care of. Very obliging. He worked full days, and always came on the days we agreed on. Marv is a friendly, hard -working professional.
