Ms. Sims came out the next day. We had an addition built onto the house and she gave us a new appraisal of our home. I had a question of the square footage of the addition and Ms.Sims looked at the building plans and her measurements were spot on. Even after that, she still offered to re-measure the house to put my mind at ease but I told her that wouldnâ t be necessary. She had the appraisal in my inbox the very next day.
