Hired for water retention around house to be eliminated. He dug deep wide square ditches for the water to drain but cannot drain and now retaining more water than originally started. Went totally opposite to what was actually discussed at time of hire. And had excuses of why he made the ditches. After completed, he informs me he specializes in sewer drainage. Three different REAL drainage companies laughed at his work and could not believe he did that. Now I have to hire someone to do the job correctly. Wish I would have been informed of his speciality work, i would have never let him do the mess he made.

We are confident the job was completed properly due to it lasting a week. We offered to clean the line at no charge but recommended using a camera due to it coming back being a sign of a greater issue. You stated you did not have the money to pay for the camera at the time but would reach out when ready. We have reached out via telephone and hope to hear from you soon about a resolution.

used plumbers in the past and always got good results.however this company was a pleasure to work with .they gave a ballpark estimate and were very quick to respond. on site work time was very short,and results were great.
