I called to arrange for services for my parents in Woodland Hills. Tom was great in thoroughly explaining the process and timing of their rodent inspection. They offered a great deal and scheduled the work quickly. It was a really big job but they were thorough in sealing the exterior of the house and attic and then cleaning the attic and vacuuming out the old insulation. Soon the new insulation will be installed and I have no doubt the process will go as smoothly as this first stage did! Tom kept me in the loop about EVERYTHING, including pictures and videos, since I live out of town. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them...remember, you get what you pay for so if you are comparing them with other companies, make sure they can match the warranty Rodent Control offers!

More thorough than one. Ould imagine. Over and above. Large crews each with a job to do and they covered absolutely everything. Iâ ve had other companies in the past and it was like night and day. No one could be anymore complete.

Impressed with the crew's efficiency, punctuality, and determination to rodent proof the house which they did. Also, I like the fact that they follow through with things they are committed to do and Lee is just a phone call away.. and I expect the crew to sanitize the attic for the second time.

Really great crew! They mouse proofed my house very thoroughly. I don't expect any mice issues for at least 5 years. There are zero gaps for the rodents to get through.

Prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I put out a blast to a bunch of companies and had mix responses. But Sam was able to come out for a detailed free inspection and gave me the low down. I compared his prices to the others and it was the most expensive- which was still reasonable knowing other larger companies would be double that. So my mind was set on the second highest price quote, but then I read the reviews and the other companies feedback was no where near what I read for Rodent control Inc. They are just finishing the work now so as far as the rats being gone I am not sure but they did everything they said that needed to do and I think this is going to be a win for human resident over dirty rodent intruders. So far so great.
