    This company is fantastic. Rocky repaired both our dryer and refrigerator in one visit. He was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. I did my research and am so happy that I picked Absolute. I called around and was amazed at some companies that would not apply a service call charge to the repair. You can tell this company is confident in their work and an "absolute" joy to work with. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

    Though the parts for our unit were unavailable and the refrigerator could not be repaired I am still very pleased with the service I received from Absolute. The technician arrived when he said he would and provided a quick assessment of the problem along with possible solutions. Unfortunately the components necessary to do the job were no longer in production. Still I would recommend Absolute to my friends.

    Rocky arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He had to order a part but kept in contact with us when the part was delayed (only by one day) and fixed our water dispenser on the refrigerator at a very reasonable price. Will use him again if needed.
