Ron was very thorough with his inspection. He spent over 5 hours inspecting the home and did a walk through with us and explained any and all issues regarding what he found. Being a contractor he knows what to look for. Very happy with his service!

Service was done in a timely manner. The issues I ran into was receiving the test results once the testing was completed.
Response from Company:
We advised the consumer of the required timeline necessary for an accurate test result and utilized the Pro-Labs services for this certified radon measurement. The process takes a few days to complete which the customer was advised. Montana Real Estate Transactions require a minimum exposure time for validity. The ASHI Standards of Practice require us to provide an accurate measurement. We feel the end user desires and deserves an accurate report. We're not willing to short cut the process, therefore we do it right the first time. Ron

We feel a five star rating may have been provided had the consumer not been surprised by our reporting the property was within a flood zone. We informed them financing would require federal flood insurance at an additional annual cost of $6,000.00 placing the property outside of their budget. Obviously a huge disappointment for them. Unfortunately their Realtor had misled them in hopes of closing the deal. We understand their disappointment and later provided our inspection services for them on another home that they purchased a few months later. Five Star on that one. Ron
