Robert is 5 STAR! Goettl is 3 star because as I attempted to follow up on Robert's recommendation, I called Goettl and they hung up on me 2 conservative days.

Brandon visited our home to fix an issue with our walk-in tub and do a general check-up of our plumbing last week. I was so impressed with his service. He was super-knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and explained everything every step of the way. The tub is still in the process of getting fixed (needing a special part), but I am confident it will be done right when the job is all done. Thank you, Brandon, for your excellent customer service!

Today I had them come out for both plumbing and HVAC… As Jose The plumber was leaving… The other gentleman I’m sorry I don’t know his name was pulling up… Lol I’m sure my neighbors thought I was throwing a party for this company😂😭😭😭 Jose was super cool… He found that my chlorine in my water levels were twice over what they were supposed to be… No wonder I itch sometimes when I get out of the shower !!!Yikes!!! They came out and did this for free because They’re an awesome company!!! They’re great with dogs, like the other gentleman said in his review… Jose on the plumbing side, gave my little Reesie girl a toy dog to play with…. Then the HVAC guy came and gave her one too!!! So now I joke around how she goes and plays with the twins!!! They’ll work with you… A motor went out in our air conditioning and we couldn’t get financed for a new unit because my mom has dementia And missed a few house payments… So it ruined her credit. Anyways, the parts were $1600 to fix our air conditioner because it was the winter to replace the whole air conditioner would’ve been $10,000… Anyways, they said that if we could come up with A few months that they would deduct the 1600 from the 10,000 for the new unit… I thought that was pretty awesome of them to offer that!!! So yeah, great company!!

I want to express my deep frustration with the experience we had with Goettl. In 2021, we purchased a new hot water heater from them, only for it to fail just three years later—necessitating a complete replacement. While the unit was covered under a six-year parts warranty, When we contacted them to arrange the replacement, they quoted us the full price we had initially paid for the installation of the original unit, despite the warranty coverage. Their justification? “Prices have gone up.” To add to the frustration, we discovered the manufacturer date on the original system was 2019, meaning it had been sitting on the shelf for two years prior to installation. Preston, one of their representatives, admitted this should never have happened and apologized. Yet no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer any meaningful resolution—we had to push for action ourselves. Given their marketing claims, I expected Goettl to prioritize doing the right thing. They did not!

They are life saver, punctual and professional.

We had a problem with the heating in our home. They told us we needed a major repair that would cost over $5000.00. I called someone else for a second opinion. They fixed the problem for $75.00. I do not rust Goettl for an honest appraisal for repairs.

Was a little late to the appointed time but they called to let us know so it was all good. Went to work immediately and found the cause of the leak and fixed it.

The teams that were sent out were very professional and were always followed with a visit from their supervisor. I had a main water line replaced and from start to finish was 3 days. If you look at my front yard, you cannot tell I ha any work done. Very good and reliable company.
