    Called to have 5 trees removed and the stumps ground. They arrived 4 days later, discussed what was to be done, gave me an acceptable quote, and performed the service to perfection. The trees were surrounded by raised Uniblock flowerbed walls, which were all preserved without any damage and stumps ground deep enough to plant a new tree in the same hole. Ruts were filled and debris was raked, and if it wasn't for the small wood chips I wouldn't have realized there were trees there... A+ with many referrals coming from me.

    They dropped the tree in my neighbor's yard. When they left I called to see when they were coming back to fix the many large holes and ruts in their yard. They came back and put bags of dirt in the holes but never came back to roll over the ruts so my yard and my neighbor still have ruts. When the neighbor called to ask about when they were coming to fix her yard they were yelling at her and telling her that I told them they could drop the tree in her yard putting all the blame on myself for what they did. I was told by Heather that they were a 5 star company and when they left the only damage that I would see would be the sawdust left from grinding the stump. When I returned the owners phone call he was very rude and accusatory towards me instead of being the 5 star company they say they are accepting the blame and fixing the problems.

    I called and they came right out wrote a contract quote and then, strung me along for three weeks saying that rain was the problem although there was time it didn?t rain for three days in a row. Finally called Saturday the 1rst of August I was told they would be out but they never showed or called me back. The sales rep name was Heather

    They came before the appt day and started cutting before I got outside! One of the men was hostile towards me and was using profanity! They cut neighbors trees over the property line, they didn't clean up well, they didn't listen to what I wanted. They damaged the lawn. I don't want to ever see them again!

      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
